Production of interferon-β (IFN-β) protein by human bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) after infection with adenoviral vectors. (A) The BMSCs were separated from bone marrow and purified by removing the nonadherent cells at least three times. The third-generation BMSCs were fusiform and fibroblast-like (left, × 100).
