Effects of treatment with several molecular targeted agents on the in vitro cell growth of ACHN sublines. The ACHN/P and ACHN/R cells were treated with the indicated doses of (A) everolimus, (B) sorafenib or (C) sunitinib. After 48 h of incubation, cell growth was determined in triplicate in three independent experiments. Bars, s.d. ** and *, differ from ACHN/P (P<0.01 and P<0.05, respectively).
