Expression of BRCC2 in breast cancer tissues and the transfection efficiency of BRCC2 in breast cancer cell lines. (a) BRCC2 protein levels in tumor tissues and matched normal tissue lesions, as assessed using western blotting analyses. (b) The transfection efficiency of BRCC2 was analyzed by measuring protein levels by western blotting. (c) The transfection efficiency of BRCC2 was analyzed by measuring transcript levels using RT-PCR analyses. β-actin was used as a loading control. The expression of each protein was quantified as the densitometry value analyzed by SPSS 18.0 software. The data represent the means±S.D. of three independent experiments ***P<0.001
