ACAT inhibitor suppressed 24S-OHC-induced cell death in Jurkat cells treated with or without ZVAD. (a and b) Jurkat cells were pretreated with or without 5 μM F12511 (a) or 2 μM K-604 (b) for 15 min and were then treated with 50 μM 24S-OHC for 24 h in the absence or presence of ZVAD.
