DCZ3301 induces apoptosis in DLBCL cells. (a) OCI-LY8 cells were treated with DCZ3301 (4, 8, 12 and 16 μM) for 24, 48 and 72 h while (b) NU-DUL-1 cells were treated with DCZ3301 (5, 10, 15 and 20 μM) for 24, 48 and 72 h, double-stained with Annexin-V/propidium iodide (PI) and analyzed by flow cytometry. Columns show the percentage of Annexin-V positive cells from three independent experiments, data shown as the means±S.D. (*P<0.05; **P<0.01, ***P<0.001).
