Apoptosis of Bax−/− and PUMA−/− HCT116 cell after irradiation. Irradiation of 8 Gy was given to WT, Bax−/− and PUMA−/− HCT116 cells, and after 72 h of incubation, apoptosis was determined by Annexin-V and PI staining with flow cytometry.
