From: Immunogenic cell death by oncolytic herpes simplex virus type 1 in squamous cell carcinoma cells
Immunoblot analysis of cleaved poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP). SCCVII cells were infected with RH2 at a multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 0.1, cultured for 24 h. Cellular proteins were subjected to immunoblot analysis to determine the expression of the cleaved PARP. MTX, Mitoxantrone. A representative result was presented.
