Enhancing RNA stability

A major challenge for mRNA-based vaccines and therapeutics is the limited stability of mRNA in vivo. Viruses offer a promising source of RNA-stabilizing elements, but those identified so far are largely incompatible with the base modifications used to improve mRNA efficacy and reduce immunogenicity.
