Fe65 and neuronal precursor cell expressed developmentally down regulated 4-2 (Nedd4-2) functional domain and their endogenous protein-protein interaction. The WW domain containing Fe65 functional domain (A) and the functional domain of Nedd4-2 (B) including ⁷²PPLP⁷⁵ motif are shown. (B) The Nedd4-2 immunoprecipitate contained Fe65 protein. Antibodies directed against Fe65 were also able to capture Nedd4-2 from the same lysates. (C) The Fe65 immunoprecipitate contained Nedd4-2 reciprocally. Antibodies directed against Fe65 were also able to capture Nedd4-2 from the same lysates. (D) Confocal microscopic analysis of endogenous Fe65 (green color) and Nedd4-2 (wt) (red color). Both Nedd4-2 and Fe65 are mainly detected in the nuclear region (yellow color). All figures in this article represent results obtained from five experiments repeated independently.
