Histological and immunohistochemical analysis of tumor sections from mice treated with Ads. Ads were injected on days 0, 2 and 4, and tumors were collected on day 7 for histological analysis. (a) Frozen sections of tumor tissue were then stained by hematoxylin and eosin. Original magnification: × 40 and × 400.
