  1. Frequency of downregulation of different MT isoforms in PTC and FTC with respect to normal thyroid tissue. After QRT-PCR, ΔΔCt calculation was used to determine the expression level of the samples analyzed and samples with an expression level lower than the calibrator (the normal sample showing the lowest expression level) were called downregulated.
