(a) Immunoblots of T84 epithelial cell whole cell extracts show that the treatment with Src kinase inhibitor PP1 (125 nM) did not decrease the expression of the IFNγ-responsive gene IRF-1 following 6 h of treatment with IFNγ (10 ng/ml). (b) IRF-1 expression induced by IFNγ was not decreased by treatment with the PI3K inhibitor LY294002 (20 μM). NS, nonspecific band.
