TRAF1, TRAF2, and cIAP2 expression of galectin-1 and CD30-stimulated Karpas 299 cells. TRAF1 and cIAP2 expression was increased and TRAF2 expression was decreased by CD30 stimulation at 24 h as compared with IgG3 treatment. Galectin-1/galaptin treatment did not influence CD30-mediated changes of TRAF1, TRAF2, or cIAP2 expression. A representative western blot is shown (one out of three).
