Colony-formation assay and endothelial abilities of Lnk siRNA-transfected mouse KSL cells in vitro. (a) Representative images of a small colony and a large colony. (b) The number of EPC colonies was assessed after Lnk and control siRNA transfection. Average number of EPC colonies per dish of Lnk siRNA-transfected KSL cells was significantly greater than that of control siRNA-transfected KSL cells. (c) mRNA expressions of mVE-Cad, mVEGF and mAng-1 were normalized to GAPDH. (d) Proliferation and migration activities of mouse BM-derived cultured KSLs in response to Lnk and control siRNA.
