The expression of miR-200b/c, ZEB1/2 mRNA, and protein during the development of early pulmonary fibrosis. The expression levels of miR-200b (a), miR-200c (b), ZEB1 mRNA (c), and ZEB2 mRNA (d) in lung tissue in animal model of early pulmonary fibrosis were detected by real-time PCR. The protein levels of ZEB1 (e) and ZEB2 (f) in lung tissue in animal model of early pulmonary fibrosis were examined by western blotting. All data are expressed as the mean±s.d. from at least three replicate experiments. *P<0.05 and **P<0.01 vs the control group.
