Effects of miR-200b/c overexpression or ZEB1/2 silencing on the expression of miR-200b/c and ZEB1/2. After the overexpression of miR-200b or miR-200c in local lung tissue, the levels of miR-200b (a), miR-200c (b), ZEB1 mRNA (c), and ZEB2 mRNA (d) in lung tissue were detected by real-time PCR. The protein levels of ZEB1 (e) and ZEB2 (f) in lung tissue were examined by western blotting. In addition, after the silencing of ZEB1 and ZEB2 in local lung tissue, ZEB1 mRNA (g) and ZEB2 mRNA (h) in lung tissue were detected by real-time PCR, and the levels of ZEB1 protein (I) and ZEB2 protein (j) were examined by western blotting. Real-time PCR was also used to detect miR-200b (k) and miR-200c (l) levels. All data are expressed as the mean±s.d. from at least three replicate experiments. *P<0.05 and **P<0.01 vs the LPS group.
