Effects of miR-200b/c overexpression and ZEB1/2 silencing on the expression of E-cadherin, vimentin, α-SMA protein. The protein levels of E-cadherin, vimentin and α-SMA in lung tissue were detected by western blotting after the overexpression of miR-200b or miR-200c (a) and the silencing of ZEB1 and ZEB2 (b). In addition, the expression of E-cadherin, vimentin and α-SMA protein in lung tissue was also detected via immunofluorescence assays after the overexpression of miR-200b or miR-200c (c) and the silencing of ZEB1 or ZEB2 (d). All data are expressed as the mean±s.d. from at least three replicate experiments. *P<0.05 and **P<0.01 vs the LPS group.
