Lm-332 attenuates RANK expression after RANKL stimulation. BMMs and RAW cells were cultured in plates coated with the indicated concentrations of Lm-332 in the presence of M-CSF (20 ng/ml) and RANKL (50 ng/ml) for 4 days. (a) mRNA expression of Rank was analyzed by quantitative real-time PCR.
