Immunohistochemical expression for annexin A10 (ANXA10). Panels (a, b) showed a typical example of sessile serrated adenoma strongly staining for ANXA10. Panels (c, d) were a BRAF-mutated colorectal carcinoma showing strong expression for ANXA10. Panels (e, f) showed ANXA10 expression in a microsatellite-unstable colorectal carcinoma. Panels (g, h) showed a conventional-pathway-associated colorectal carcinoma, which was negative for ANXA10.
