Illustration of the association of undifferentiated gonadal tissue with different histological subtypes. Undifferentiated gonadal tissue is never encountered either within normal or hypoplastic testis or in case of mild dysplasia. However, it is associated with moderate and severe dysplasia, as well as streak gonads.
