For MDM2 and CDK4 FISH, red signals indicate MDM2 or CDK4 loci, while green signals indicate centromeres of chromosome 12. Note that the benign glandular epithelia (delineated by yellow-dashed lines in the left-lower corner of b and c) do not harbor amplification of either gene.
