C57BL/6 mice were administered 5 × 106 MHCII–GFP+ FluBI B cells 2 h before intranasal infection with 2 × 105 p.f.u. per mouse of either A/WSN/33 (WSN) or A/Puerto Rico/8/1934 (PR8).
