The data are presented as the mean ± s.e.m. of four independent experiments. e, Hydra polyps treated with 1 µM ALP (GSK3 inhibitor) for 16 h with or without 1 or 5 µM iCRT14 (β-Catenin inhibitor). The relative expression level of Pitx was examined by qPCR. The data, which were normalized to the internal standard EF1α, are presented as the ratio of the fold increase compared with the non-treated control. The data are presented as the mean ± s.e.m.
