a–f, A 35S::T474D–GFP construct was electroporated into protoplasts prepared from Col-0 and limyb-32 seedlings, and the expression of the indicated RP genes was monitored by qRT–PCR of RNA prepared from untransfected and transfected protoplasts. Gene expression was calculated using the 2−ΔCt method, and actin and ubiquitin were used as an endogenous control. Means ± 95% confidence intervals (n = 3) based on bootstrap resampling replicates of three independent experiments are shown.
