The values reflect the uncertainties in the measurements, calculated taking the inverse of the measurement error covariance matrix multiplied by 9 (to reflect 3σ uncertainties). The larger the value, the larger the weight given to it when minimizing the cost function. Values shown are multiplied by 10−16.
