Abstract
Integrated DNA Technologies, Inc. (IDT) has developed a library of predesigned Dicer-substrate RNA duplexes. These potent RNA interference (RNAi) reagents are available in a kit (TriFECTa) that includes three specific RNA duplexes for target-gene knockdown plus three optimized control duplexes, which can be used to optimize transfection efficiency and other aspects of RNAi experiments.
