Abstract

LipidMaps (http://www.lipidmaps.org) is a multidisciplinary project involving multiple institutions. The goal of this project is to identify lipid metabolites and reconstruct pathways associated with lipids in mammalian cells using quantitative measurements of lipids in macrophage cells.
