Kinetics of expression of cell-cycle-related genes in WT and Jdp2KO MEFs. (a) Relative levels of expression of genes for cyclin-A2, JDP2 and c-fos during cell cycling. Serum-starved MEFs from Jdp2KO (KO; black squares) and WT (black circles) mice were re-stimulated with serum for 24 h. The relative levels of respective mRNAs, normalized by reference to GPDH mRNA, were compared at the indicated time points. (b) Western blots of products of cell-cycle-related genes in lysates of MEFs from Jdp2KO and WT mice at the indicated time points. GPDH was used as control.
