Isolation and characterization of DPMSCs. a, b Isolated stem cells derived from human dental pulps displayed spindle-like and fibroblast-like morphology. c Flow cytometric analysis revealed that cultured DPMSCs were immunopositive for CD73 (99.99%), CD90 (99.94%), CD105 (99.83%), and CD146 (77.67%) but immunonegative for CD34 (0.58%) and CD45 (0.86%). Mouse IgG isotype control antibodies conjugated to FITC, PE, APC, or PerCP were used as negative controls. d Flow cytometry revealed that cultured DPMSCs were positive for STRO-1 (20.74%).
