a Cetuximab, anti-cotinine-IgG, and ERC6 were added to wells of a microtiter plate coated with human EGFR (■) or cotinine (□). The wells were probed with HRP-conjugated anti-human IgG (Fab-specific) antibody. b Cetuximab, anti-cotinine-IgG, and ERC6 were added to different wells of a microtiter plate coated with human EGFR (■). After addition of Cot-Biotin-Cot peptide, wells were probed with HRP-conjugated streptavidin. The background signal was measured in control wells that were coated with BSA (□). Absorbance at 650 nm was measured. The results are shown as the mean ± SD acquired from experiments conducted in triplicate.
