a BEAS-2B cells were pre-treated with CSE (0.3, 0.5, and 1%) for 24 h and then stimulated with VC or NE (1 U/ml) for 24 h in the absence of CSE. b Cells were transiently transfected with control siRNAs or PAR2 siRNAs. Forty-eight hours after transfection, cells were pre-treated with CSE (1%) for 24 h and then stimulated with VC or NE (1 U/ml) for 24 h in the absence of CSE.
