Exosomal miR-328 in M2 macrophages regulates PF progression via FAM13A. miR-328 exhibited upregulated expression in rats with PF and was carried by M2 macrophage-derived exosomes. M2 macrophage-derived exosomes with silenced miR-328 conferred resistance to pulmonary interstitial fibroblast proliferation and inhibited PF by directly upregulating FAM13A expression
