We initially generated cellular replicative senescence in hCPCs and characterized the molecular and physiological phenotype of replicative senescence in hCPCs. Furthermore, pharmacological inhibition of mTOR by rapamycin can attenuate replicative cell senescence and improve cellular function in hCPCs.
