A total of 105 variants for SCZ, 54 variants for BD I, and 107 variants for MDD were additionally identified (see Supplementary Tables 1416). Among the 105 SCZ variants, 45 were replicated in the latest GWAS by Trubetskoy et al. (2022)49. Among the 107 MDD variants, 12 were replicated in the GWAS by Giannakopoulou et al. (2021)50.
