Bird vs Flower - Entropic Sinkhorn optimal transport (OT) costs between bird and flower color palettes across eras, computed in CIELAB color space. Lower costs (modern, traditional) indicate greater palette similarity and color harmony, whereas higher costs (contemporary, unknown) reflect greater divergence and experimentation in color use.
