WDR5 overexpression inhibited the expression of neural markers in SCAPs. a, b WDR5 over-expression decreased the neurosphere volume compared to the Vector group. Real-time RT-PCR analysis revealed that WDR5 over-expression decreased the expression of NeuroD (c), NCAM (d), and TH (e) in SCAPs.
