The red, green, and yellow sections in C&H index graph indicate the periods that are further analyzed in Fig. 4. This graph indicates the periods that more than 50% of the Dutch population has received at least two vaccine doses and a booster, and the periods that the different SARS-CoV-2 (Original, Alpha, Delta, Omicrons) were found in more than 50% of pathogen surveillance results.
