Associations of vigorous PA time with home SBP (a) and DBP (b), and step count with home SBP (c) and DBP (d). Based on data from 368 participants with accelerometer-recorded PA, step count, and home BP measurements on the same day, a total of 115,575 records were analyzed. The mixed-effect model was adjusted for age, sex, body mass index, smoking status, alcohol drinking, diabetes mellitus, antihypertensive medication use, and sedentary time.
