The Venn diagram displays the number and prevalence rate (%) of VLBWIs with epilepsy, CP, and psychomotor delay among eligible subjects (n = 8431). In total, 1524 (18.1%) showed either of these neurological sequelae, while 41 (0.5%) developed all three sequelae by age 3 years
