TGFβ-induced osteopontin expression is exacerbated in Ssh1−/− mouse embryonic fibroblasts. Mouse embryonic fibroblasts were generated from Ssh1+/+ and Ssh1−/− embryos and treated with 2 ng/mL TGFβ for 24 h. Ssh1+/+ and Ssh1−/− MEFs were harvested for protein and lysates were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and western blot.
