  1. Cytokine and chemokine gene expression was measured at 5 h (n = 6), 24 h (n = 6), 48 h (n = 6), and 120 h (n = 5) after renal IRI in WT and IL-10 KO mice by real-time RT-PCR. In each experiment, the expression levels were normalized to the expression of 18S rRNA and are expressed relative to control mice. The data are mean fold-increase ± SEM
