A BxPC-3 and B MiaPaCa-2 cells were transfected with OGT expressing vector or control vector. Stable clones were selected by neomycin. a Protein O-GlcNAcylation and OGT expression, as determined by western blot analysis using specific antibodies. The expression of ß-actin was used as a loading control. Representative blots from three independent experiments are shown. b TRA-8 induced apoptosis. Cells were exposed to TRA-8 (1 μg/ml) for 24 h, and apoptosis were determined by flow cytometry (n = 3, ***p < 0.001).
