A BAR-T cells were transfected with four different FOXF1 shRNA clones A–D versus scrambled control and western blots were performed for FOXF1 and CK7. B, C BAR-T cells were transfected with the GFP-tagged FOXF1 shRNA clones C and D and imaged for Muc2 and CK7 by confocal microscopy (×20 magnification). Scale bar = 50 µm. Cells were counted from eight random fields for quantitative analysis. Graphs show objective analysis of the fluorescence pictures, *P < 0.05.
