A P15 control or Vsx2-Cre+; Rb1lox/lox; p107−/−; Ptenlox/lox tumor samples were processed for H&E staining and immunofluorescence to detection of dendritic cells (α-CD11c), monocytes (α-CD11b), tumor associated macrophages (α-F4/80), and T-lymphocyte immune cells (α-CD3). Isotype-matched negative control antibodies are shown in Supplemental Figure S4 and did not detect background staining. B Dendritic cells (α-CD11c), monocytes (α-CD11b), tumor associated macrophages (α-F4/80), and T-lymphocyte immune cells (α-CD3) were counted and graphed as the % cell type against the total cell population (n = 3 control and tumor retinae each).
