Naïve CD4+ T cells generated from the whole-blood samples of immune rejection (IR) were cultured in Treg-inducing condition. In naïve CD4+ T cells, the elevated WTAP level facilitated Foxo1 translation efficiency by enhancing the m6A modification of Foxo1 mRNA in CDS region, thereby promoting the Foxo1-mediated Foxp3 transcription and Treg differentiation and function.
