Inhibition of either PI3Kγ or PI3Kδ significantly decreases the adhesion of CLL cells to stromal cells without affecting CLL cell survival. CLL cells were incubated for 24 h with established monolayers of human stromal cell line HS-5 in the presence of the indicated inhibitors.
