DNA of AML samples from a–d bone marrow or e–h peripheral blood were mixed with the DNA of a healthy sample in various dilution steps. The four methods for anomaly detection (AML-score, random forest, autoencoder without clustering, and autoencoder with clustering) were compared on these dilutions (blue line indicates the threshold defined in the training set).
