  1. We first performed a univariate Cox regression analysis in the whole cohort (N = 79, referred to as ALL) or in the ELN INT subgroup (N = 28) on the following parameters: age, sex, percentage of bone marrow blast cells, WBC, LDH levels, ELN 2017 status, RAS status, response to induction, allogenic stem cell transplantation. Then we applied a multivariate Cox model to the variables reaching significance in the univariate analysis.
