Relative luciferase expression ratios were calculated by dividing the control/test miRNA luciferase levels by a no miRNA control. Ratios were tested statistically using one sample Wilcoxon signed rank tests to mu of 1 (i.e., the no miRNA control). Error bars indicate standard deviation to mean.
