Copy number (CN) gains are shown in panel A, B, and C. Copy-number losses in D, E, F, G, H, and I. The genes located in the specific region are indicated along with the case copy number (balanced copy number is 2). Since the microdissected tumor cells were not 100% pure, we assume that a copy number of 0.3 is likely to be a homozygous loss.
